slviph Privacy Policy
At slviph, your privacy matters as much as your gameplay experience. This Privacy Policy explains exactly what personal data we collect when you use the slviph platform, why we collect it, how we protect it, and what rights you have under Philippine law. We operate with full transparency — no hidden data practices.
How slviph Protects Your Data
Here are the six core pillars of the slviph privacy framework — designed to give Filipino players full confidence that their personal information is handled with care.
Minimal Data Collection
slviph only collects personal data that is strictly necessary for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, and regulatory compliance. We do not collect data for the sake of collecting it — every data point has a defined purpose under our PAGCOR obligations.
256-Bit SSL Encryption
Every slviph session — from login to cashier to live dealer — runs over 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption. Your personal data, payment details, and account credentials are encrypted in transit and at rest. Unauthorized interception of your slviph data is not possible under this standard.
Your Rights Under RA 10173
As a Filipino player, you are protected by the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). slviph fully respects your rights to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data. You may exercise these rights at any time by contacting our support team.
No Unauthorized Third-Party Sharing
slviph does not sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers, or marketing companies. Data is shared with third parties only where required by PAGCOR regulations, anti-money laundering obligations, payment processing, or explicit court orders.
Transparent Cookie Use
slviph uses cookies strictly for session management, platform performance analytics, and security purposes. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles or share browsing data with external ad networks. You can manage cookie preferences via your browser settings at any time.
Defined Retention Periods
slviph retains player personal data only for as long as required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws — typically five years from account closure. After that period, your data is securely deleted or anonymized in accordance with our data retention schedule.
