1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all access to and use of the slviph online gaming platform, available at slviph.net, including all subpages, games, promotions, customer support channels, and financial services offered therein.

1.2

By completing the slviph registration process, making a deposit, or simply browsing the platform with an active session, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the slviph platform from time to time.

1.3

These Terms are effective as of the date displayed above and supersede all prior versions of the slviph terms of service. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any other document published on the slviph platform, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use the slviph platform. This minimum age requirement is consistent with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming operators in the Philippines. slviph strictly enforces this requirement and will request proof of age during the KYC verification process. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable regulations.

2.2 Geographic Restriction

The slviph platform is operated and licensed for use within the Philippines. By registering, you confirm that you are physically located in the Philippines and that accessing online gaming services is legal under the laws applicable to your specific location. It is your sole responsibility to ensure compliance with local laws before using the slviph platform.

2.3 One Account Per Player

Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active account on the slviph platform. Duplicate accounts, whether registered under the same name, identity document, payment method, device, or IP address, are strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, slviph reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void any pending withdrawals, and forfeit any bonus balances without prior notice.

2.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your slviph login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. slviph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify slviph immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.

2.5 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances.

3. KYC Verification & Identity Documents

3.1

slviph is required under PAGCOR regulations to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification for all players prior to processing any withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identity document — acceptable documents include a Philippine Passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, Voter's ID, Driver's License, or Philippine National ID (PhilSys).

3.2

Depending on your account activity and transaction volume, slviph may request additional documentation including proof of source of funds, utility bills for address verification, or selfie verification with your submitted ID. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.

3.3

All KYC documents submitted to slviph are processed and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data protection laws. slviph will not share your identity documents with third parties except where required by PAGCOR regulations, court orders, or other applicable legal obligations.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

slviph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, PesoNet, and 7-Eleven CLiQQ. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are published on the slviph cashier page and are subject to change at slviph's discretion.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via GCash and Maya typically reflect in your slviph wallet within minutes of confirmed payment. Deposits via bank transfer channels including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, and PesoNet are subject to the processing timelines of the respective financial institution. slviph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by slviph during standard business hours. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya wallets are typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution. All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. slviph reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal at its discretion.

4.4 Currency

All balances, bets, winnings, and transactions on the slviph platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). slviph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion required is the sole responsibility of the player and their payment provider.

4.5 Third-Party Payments

Deposits to your slviph account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. slviph does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any withdrawal will only be processed back to the payment method used for the original deposit, or to a verified account in the player's own name.

5. Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

5.1

slviph offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms, which will be published alongside the offer on the slviph platform.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonuses awarded by slviph are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal cap will be stated in the individual promotion terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time limit will result in the automatic expiry and forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

slviph actively monitors accounts for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, making low-risk or zero-risk bets to meet wagering requirements, exploiting errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics, and using software or automated tools to interact with bonus offers. Any account found to be engaging in bonus abuse will be suspended and all bonus balances forfeited without prior notice.

5.4

slviph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated via the slviph platform. Your continued participation in any promotion after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

6. Game Rules & Fair Play

6.1

All casino games available on the slviph platform — including slots, live dealer tables, bingo, fishing games, and arcade titles — operate using certified software from licensed game providers. Slot and table game outcomes are determined by independently audited random number generators (RNG) that ensure genuinely random and unpredictable results on every game round.

6.2

In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on your screen and the result recorded on slviph's gaming servers, the server-side result shall be the definitive record and will prevail for settlement purposes. Technical malfunctions, interrupted connections, or browser errors do not entitle a player to any refund or voided bet unless the error originated solely from slviph's server infrastructure.

6.3

The use of any external software, scripts, bots, automation tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the slviph platform — including but not limited to auto-spin scripts, card counting software, or odds manipulation tools — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

7. Sports Betting Rules

7.1

All sports bets placed on the slviph sportsbook are subject to the specific bet settlement rules published in the slviph Sports Betting Rules section. In general, bets will be settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing sporting body. slviph reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the result has been determined to be manipulated, fixed, or otherwise compromised.

7.2

Pre-match and in-play odds on the slviph sportsbook are set and managed by slviph's trading team. Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once a bet is confirmed and a bet reference number is issued, the odds are locked for that wager. slviph reserves the right to limit stakes on any market or for any individual account at its sole discretion.

7.3

In the event of an obvious pricing error on any slviph sportsbook market, slviph reserves the right to void bets placed at the erroneous odds, regardless of whether the bet has already been settled. Players who knowingly exploit pricing errors will have their accounts reviewed and may face suspension.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the slviph platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account on the slviph platform;
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading registration or KYC information;
• Using the slviph platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financially criminal activity;
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the slviph software or game engines;
• Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any part of the slviph platform;
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games, poker, or any other multiplayer game format;
• Attempting to access or tamper with other players' accounts;
• Engaging in chargebacks, fraudulent payment disputes, or any other payment manipulation;
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your slviph account or account balance to any third party;
• Using the slviph platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether on slviph or through PAGCOR's national self-exclusion register.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1

All content on the slviph platform — including but not limited to the slviph brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, promotional materials, text, graphics, software, and audiovisual elements — is the intellectual property of slviph or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

10.2

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the slviph platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the slviph platform without prior written consent from slviph.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Philippine law, slviph, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the slviph platform — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, loss of gaming winnings due to technical failure not caused by slviph's sole negligence, or unauthorized access to your account.

11.2

slviph's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your slviph account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3

slviph does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures, or events beyond slviph's reasonable control may affect platform availability. slviph will endeavor to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where reasonably practicable.

12. Privacy & Data Protection

12.1

Your use of the slviph platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy describes how slviph collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR data handling requirements.

12.2

By using the slviph platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data subject to slviph's legal retention obligations under PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws.

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1

slviph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of: breach of these Terms; fraudulent activity; suspected money laundering; KYC non-compliance; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or receipt of a regulatory direction from PAGCOR.

13.2

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, slviph reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned through compliant gameplay, slviph will return the net balance after deducting any bonus amounts, fraudulently obtained winnings, or amounts subject to a chargeback claim.

13.3

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting slviph support at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five business days. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method following completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

14.1

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the regulations issued by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).

14.2

In the event of any dispute arising from your use of the slviph platform or these Terms, you agree to first contact slviph's customer support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. slviph will endeavor to respond to all formal disputes within ten business days.

14.3

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be escalated to PAGCOR's player dispute resolution process in accordance with PAGCOR's published procedures for licensed online gaming operators. The venue for any legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be the appropriate courts of the Philippines.

15. Amendments to These Terms

15.1

slviph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the slviph platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.

15.2

Your continued use of the slviph platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the slviph platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.3 above.
